Meet Dr. Becker

Dr. Becker’s formal education and training involved his receiving a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toledo in 1982. He earned his Doctor Dental Surgery (DDS) Degree from Ohio State University in 1986. After practicing as a general dentist for seven years Dr. Becker completed a three-year Periodontal Specialty Training Residency in Cleveland, Ohio at the Case Western Reserve University. Upon completion of his research and specialty training in periodontology and dental implants, Dr. Becker was awarded a Master’s Degree in Science and his specialty certificate in Periodontology.

Dr. Becker has practice clinical periodontics and dental Implantology in North Central Ohio since 1996. His specialized interests include soft tissue reconstructive plastic surgery, regenerative bone grafting and ridge augmentation, sinus bone grafting for dental implant placement, smile enhancement techniques and the placement of endosseous dental implants.

Dr. Becker is an active staff member at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.

Dr. Becker has completed specialized training in Zgoma Implant Fixtures, Novem System and Implant Prosthetics from Nobel Biocare.

Dr. Becker’s teaching experience includes Head and Neck Anatomy, Embryology, and Tooth morphology at Lorain County Community College Dental Hygiene Program.
